Gaia is one of the established Italian dining eateries of the Gaia Group. “Gaia (meaning ‘happy‘ or ‘positive’ in Italian) its a contemporary Italian restaurant located in the heart of Central on the Italian inspired piazza (those big grand ol' steps...you can't miss it) at Grand Millennium Plaza in Sheung Wan/ Central. Gaia has a daily antipasto buffet during lunch times along with a second main course (which you probably don’t need…since the antipasto buffet is quite a big feat all on its own!) The set lunch is $268. COME with stomach space.
It was a nice welcome in a place like HK! Big...and bright! I've had the pizza's before...which are delicious!!!!
