📍Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant Here for lunch for their boiled soup. Love that their are cooked in individual small pots. I like their signature roast duck. The skin is crispy and has a strong smoked aroma. Their cha siu depends on luck. This time it was tender and yummy. The appetizer jelly fish was very crunchy and quite garlicky. The truffle shrimp and egg dish and the fried rice were alright.Overall, portion is generous and price is ok. My second spot after Sing Kee. Price: HK$300pp (lunch
