It seems this shop is very famous in Japan. They have total 3 shops in Hong Kong. I tried basic ten don at Tung chung shop. Basic ten don is rice with fried Shrimp, mushroom, egg and mixed-seafood. Special and premium have more ingredients. The taste is good. Not that salty and oily. Of cause little bit oily because only fried one! But the balance is good. And it's very good with brack bean tea. The shop is located in Tung Chung city gate but it might be hard to find in the mall. If you want to
