Pleasantly surprised. Great execution and flavours. Definitely a different level from casual eats at 22Ships. Sat comfortably at the marble bar and watched the chefs cook & plate w precision. Normally I’m not a big fan of Hake in western cuisine but they did so well w the crispy skin and nicely flavoured percebes sauce. The Spanish red prawn w crispy rice was a new take on the paella & Cantonese clay pot rice was ingenious. We rarely get to try dairy cow meat, but it was unexpectedly tender an
