Tseung Kwan O promenade is one of my favorite getaways in HK with an array of al fresco restaurants. This time we bumped into Bistro La Baie to spend a quiet and relaxing afternoon.Oeuf "Deviled Eggs" MayoSmooth, finely seasoned egg yolk. Duck Leg Confit
Served piping hot with lentils and sausage. An interesting combo. The duck leg had a thin layer of crispy skin. The moist and savory lentils enhanced the texture and flavors of the duck meat.
