今日比我发现有新地方High Tea....唔错唔错。一个High tea set 都要$398, 但系一个咁舒服既环境，同有window seat既view,(虽然望落有个地盘)我都觉得值得 。。 Having rose tea while waiting....Wait 10 mins.....Tea Set finally arrived.... 头个层系 mini pastry..有madelines, banana parline mooseearl grey flavour macaroon (超好食,唔太甜) Fromage frais mousse with raspberry jelly & Lemon curd (酸酸甜甜，既refreshing ) Gateau opera cake & canelle 第二层唔小得系scones 有两种味 plain & raisin flavour Strawberrry jam & apricot jam & cotted cream

Tea Set finally arrived....
头个层系 mini pastry..

第二层唔小得系scones
有两种味 plain & raisin flavour
Strawberrry jam & apricot jam & cotted cream
第三层系特色三文治。
最好味呢层。。有四种* Smoke.Salmon with horsh raddish cream cheese,pickle cumumber
*Sundried tomato with dried blackolives, garlic pesto and parmesan cheese
*Crushed avocado with roasted bell peppers and sweet chilli jam
*Roasted beef sandwich with mustard mayo top with caramelized red onion
再加上4个cheese puff 好好味！
我哋不停咁问个captain啲野食有乜ingredients , 佢都好有心机续一explain ..
下次会再黎过。。
