Server used the blow torch slightly seared the outside, with the buttery foie gras, tender Wagyu and the crunchy air baguette, making it a truly indulgent treat.

This is the Spanish Garlic Prawn. The prawns were sauteed with garlic and chilli. The taste of prawns were perfectly complemented with this garlicky sauce!
You can also dip the baguettes to mop up all that delicious garlic shrimp infused oil!

This is the Wagyu Short Rib with sweet potato fries and Spanish Padrón Peppers. The Wagyu short rib was grilled in their handmade clay oven with natural wood. The meat sliced straight off the bone, it was tender and juicy. the sweet potatoes fries and Padrón peppers were also packed with flavour and hearty enough on their own.

The Squid Ink Paella has the sweetness of the sea, with Mussels, Prawns and Clams. The paella was cooked to perfection with a thin layer of toasted rice at the bottom of the pan, this crispy bits were considered a delicacy among Spaniards and is essential to a good paella.
