Want roasted duck so mich tonight and my friend recommended so hard of this shop to me. So all the way we came from the Island to yuen long and see how good it is. It must be very good. Once arrived we were a bit surprised by how small it is. And not 7pm yet but there was already a long queue at its door. People were already buying for dinner. There was no vacancy inside and the man asked if we were willing to wait for at least 30 mins for the goose. We nodded then he served us a seat outside. I

There was no vacancy inside and the man asked if we were willing to wait for at least 30 mins for the goose. We nodded then he served us a seat outside. It was so hot and stinky outside while its facing the trash from shops around, very uncomfortable wait.
While waiting, we heard to chopping sound, we could smell the very nice smell of roasted goose and skin and oil..... We were getting sooo hungry!!!!
Finally it came after 35mins wait. Once its in front of us, we knew the long wait definitely worth it! The hot roasted goose looked shinny! Thin skin, very very crispy! Hot, freshly done from the stove inside! When it came to my lips and teeth, the oil and juicy spilt out and its full of rich goose taste. Its not too fat under the skin but the meat was definitely smooth and rich! Please forget about the plum dip, you dont need it. You gotta taste the real goose! Its juice at the bottom was nice too, we then ordered a rice bowl, poured the oil and juice to go with, cant waste a drop, very nice!
If im to rate, definitely its so much better than 一乐 in central. I'd recommend this place to people who go yuen long or nearby, or anyone feel like roasted duck at anytime!
