Onsen Egg w/ house smoked ikura (salmon caviar ❤), creamy yuzu and baby gem lettuce 🥬 - GENEROUS amount of salmon caviar 🧡🧡
RESTAURANT WEEK SPECIAL DESSERT- warm chocolate cream, cocoa biscuit , shiso ice cream
On top of that we ordered a glass of french rice wine each - Le Guishu Assemblage - $120 - would have been nice if they have given us a slightly bigger glass
• Silencio is hk's first contemporary izakaya featuring live jazz music. Amazing sleekwood panelling, black marble and leather details accented in gold. Chef Yong Soo Do continues to create new dishes with his modern techniques, using seasonal ingredients
