Woken up with a sudden urge for some Jian Bing and this was the closest one I can locate.There were a number of combination of toppings to chose from. Ranging from traditional to others that are inspired by the canton palate. Gone with the traditional and watched as the Jian bing was made fresh to order. Being the first meal of the day, I find the flavours to be a little light but the craving was satisfied and I left a happy man.
