Extremely poor service. While we have visited the restaurant a few times, this particular visit left us fuming. We came in on a Saturday evening at 730 ish. While the restaurant was busy, we patiently waited for our food and kept seeing customers that came after us getting their food. We followed up with the waiting staff and they kept telling us food will be ready but it never came. We cut our losses after 45 mins and decided to leave. We came in on a Saturday evening at 730 ish. While the restaurant was busy, we patiently waited for our food and kept seeing customers that came after us getting their food. We followed up with the waiting staff and they kept telling us food will be ready but it never came.
We cut our losses after 45 mins and decided to leave. The manager came out and told us he can’t explain the long wait. We told him clearly that it was ok to forget the order, but at least be honest about the wait and left.
We will never visit this restaurant again and advise anyone to refrain if they expect to get any form of service from the restaurant. One should only Ask for Alonzo if they want disappointment
