To celebrate this highly anticipated return, there will also be a spectacular champagne saber show.
You can enjoy an array of stylish signature dishes and delectable desserts from aqua’s renowned Japanese and Italian kitchens— all for HK$688 per person. To elevate your night, a generous two-hour flow of all-you-can-drink options is available starting from an additional HK$300 per person.
Alongside Aqua’s popular favorites, such as Sashimi, Maki Rolls and Margarita Pizza, a refreshed array of signature specialties features both new starters and mains. New starters are Tiger prawn with seasonal Japanese vegetable tempura; Angus beef carpaccio with rocket salad and black truffle mayo; and Burrata, tomato & basil salad. The new mains feature Lamb cutlets with honey & mustard mayonnaise, Grilled salmon yuzu teriyaki and Fusilloni, which is corkscrew pasta with pumpkin, mushrooms and crispy sausage.
