🥘Pica Pica paella Surf & Turf HKD 100 (small)
With a rich unami seafood flavour, their paella was delicious! The bites of pork belly were also super fragrant and tender, didn’t exactly match the seafood flavour tho in my opinion and a bit too over powering. Regardless I like this more than their squid ink paella, although both are delish! There were also more bits of burnt rice (饭焦) than last time, maybe due to the pan being smaller, because I didn’t notice this being an issue last time when we ordered the large size paella.
