Porterhouse by Laris is a modern steakhouse offering more than steaks.There is a meat locker that displays all the different cuts of beef.There is a seafood bar Started with the TRIO OF OYSTERS.From left to right was: vinegar, kiwi and mango, dashi foam.I liked the vinegar which was refreshingly traditional and the dashi foam which made the oyster extra silky.The fruit one was perfect for summer and makes you hungry for more.Then we had LOBSTER BISQUE which had Creme Fraiche and Fennel Pollen.Th
