Again the linguine was too flour-y, and it wasnt even good flour😳vongole was quite fresh though and the dish wasnt too oily

Love the guaniciale which was fragrant and tender😋def a highlight of the dish and even the meal
The truffle sauce wasnt a good match to the pasta tho, while the sliced truffle was far more aromatic😳found the strozzapreti quite tensile and intriguing to bite tho
