Started off with a platter of fresh sashimi. The neta choice was more on the fatty side with the Shimaaji belly and seared engawa. The combination of uni, ikura and negitoro would never disappoint you, which they also put tempura crisps to improve the texture. The buttery wagyu just melted in my mouth. Finished up with a well-plated dessert.
