Shelter Bay Tofu ( Non-spicy version) The Tofu was deep fried and add with deep fried chopped garlic. Tofu is so soft and silky inside and the surface is golden. Other than the original soy bean taste, the garlic gave so call Shelter Bay flavour. Garlic magical smell and you can feel the WAK HEY which only found in chinese dishes cook very quick with extreme high temperture.

The Soy Prawn also a WAH HEY dish. The Prawn is deep fried till cooked and the shell is crispy like chips. Then season with Soy sause in a super hot WAK to let the soy sause go into the Prawn. You can smell the Soy sause and Prawn shell well blended together. The Prawn is so fresh and still juicy after deep fried. The soy goes inside also made the prawn taste much sweeter.
