Schnee is a very accessible German restaurant in Causeway Bay and I came here today to pick up their giant piece of knuckle for my party tonight at my place. When I arrive at around 6pm, the place is clean and neat, I believe it would be a great place to dine in too! Some bottled beer and draft beer is stocked which is a must for any German restaurants. Pork Knuckle ($198)

For the knuckle I ordered, it costs $198 and it comes with a giant pile of meat, some new potatoes, Sauerkraut, and two kinds of mustard served on the side which are dijon and honey mustard.

The knuckle was still warm when I got it from the restaurant. The skin remained super crispy and I liked that it was not too fatty. The lean kind of meat was flaky and layered. The saltiness was just right and it went really well with the mustard. I couldn't help but opening a bottle of beer to go with it!
