The food was really good, and there were lots of different dishes to try. We started with some simple appetizers that were light and tasty. The creamed apple, tofu with pumpkin juice, and chilled shrimp with jicama were not only good to eat but also looked nice, so we took some pictures.Then came the seafood. Then came the seafood. The Iwate Akasaki oyster was super fresh, and the little bit of lime on it made it taste really good. The pine crab and lobster sauce vegetarian noodles were also yummy, with the crab meat being the best part.

The sweet shrimp with wasabi and yuzu was a new taste for me, but I liked it. The shrimp were fresh and sweet, and the sauce added a nice kick. We also had some simple sushi, and it was tasty with a bit of soy sauce.

The broiled scabbard fish had a smoky flavor, and it was nice and tender. The eye-catching fish was even better after being cooked a bit. The abalone, cooked in sake, was chewy but good, and the red-fleshed tuna was tender and juicy.

One dish that stood out was the bonito fish with egg king soy sauce dip. It was something different, and the sauce made the fish taste really rich. The addition of shiso leaves added a little extra flavor.

To end the meal, we had a simple dessert – seasonal Japanese melon with Oreo ice cream. The melon was sweet and juicy, and the ice cream was a nice cold treat to finish everything off.

Overall, it was a great dining experience with a mix of familiar and new flavors. The food was good, and the simple presentation made it easy to enjoy.
