Very rude, poorly trained and impatient staff. 90 mins limit for dining which is weird for a la carte especially for dinner for Saturdays. No alternative for the default Chinese tea (jasmine I believe). Food is OK to be honest. The ingredients are good so one would expect much better dishes. Portion is surprisingly small even in HK standard.
