, i’m not the one who like sour flavor sosad but this one supper sour with pickle ohmygod, i can’t even shallow it lol, cured ham jawl is the white cover simply distinguishing to me and also the taste…

Cod Loin Pil-Pil, making of cod skin gelatin emulsion, cured ibérico jawl, roast cabbage, guess this is one of few good dishes

, i love both cod fish and soft sweet cabbages which i thought would be sour luckily not haa

, the texture of cabbage is really good and i almost finish the whole dishes haa, cod lion is so fat fat

and you can enjoy the thick fish meat which is pretty tender and firm

Suckling Pig is signature dish here, the pig piece is really crispy though it simply like chinese fried pork, honestly not much special, the pumpkin sauce tasting light sweet

Paella Barcelona in classic seafood paella having good seasoning though i’d say the rice is too thick just like eating raw rice with seasoning

, the shrimp tastes sweet but the mussels taste simply light like after long dip into water lol

i like the short at the end, the taste is so juice they are so considerate know that i don’t drink so give me a juice haa

The foods honestly just fine for me, except few dishes are good some are surprisingly bad sosad

, for a dish having a bite is enough, terribly sour, the taste isn’t outstanding, for this price range i guess we can have better lolll, one try for Quiero Mas is really enough lolllll
