垃圾一般嘅Service。其实已经去咗几次,开始冇乜新意,Menu已经十年如一日,但系谂住正正常常应该食餐饭冇问题呀,跟住就赖嘢!我决定以后都唔去!见到成间铺冇人就心知不妙。一坐低已经有个阿婶侍应不停喺度sell佢哋个谰系新嘅滨烧系嘅烧物,因为无啦啦每张枱多咗个火炉仔摆喺度。咁好啦,咪嗌少少来食啰… 本身谂住佢会帮我哋烧,之后同一个阿婶就懒系嘢咁话俾我哋玩下自己烧。又话有清酒同埋海鲜汁自己落。Ok! 咁咪自己烧啰。之后无啦啦又懒系嘢,系咁叫我哋影相影片,但自己又乱咁摆将旧海鲜摆位,反转俾我影咁样叫我影,心谂佢想点…即系你想我影个壳?老公叫佢有得我哋自己影啦唔该晒,佢又好冇瘾咁行开咗。心谂,正正常常加啲日本酒同海鲜汁,啱味就正常烧啦,点知佢啲阿婶啲同事又不停走过嚟喺度check住我哋点样整。又话我哋咁样烧唔啱,要落多啲汁,我话唔需要因为怕太咸啦,佢话唔系㗎一定要落多啲,如果唔系唔够湿已经烧干啦。我心谂,顶咁不如你帮我烧啦!其实佢呢一个滨烧系不嬲都有,只不过平时系厨师会帮我哋烧埋佢先攞出嚟。今次谰系有新意,咁要顾客自己烧,但系又喺背后指指点点。算啦,谂住快快脆脆食完就走,所以叫佢一次过帮我

其实佢呢一个滨烧系不嬲都有,只不过平时系厨师会帮我哋烧埋佢先攞出嚟。今次谰系有新意,咁要顾客自己烧,但系又喺背后指指点点。

算啦,谂住快快脆脆食完就走,所以叫佢一次过帮我哋烧晒佢算啦。点知真系唔好食!又咸又贵。我顶你个肺!


跟住又叫啲阿婶同事不停走过来check住我哋食嘢。不停喵嘴喵舌。又不停好似想赶我哋走咁样不停收嘢。

其实佢来来去去都只得两台客,我真系谂住食饱就走,点知真系嬲到食唔落!

其实自问都系一个过35K followers嘅Foodie, 我想做你我一定会开你名做你,不过我谂住OpenRice用普通人嘅身份同大家讲算。

今日其实叫咗唔系好多嘢食都要$2000埋单,我唔好飞去日本食黑门市场!都冇咁嬲!

大家请谂吓点解呢间舖成日都冇乜人帮衬,就一定有佢嘅原因!已经唔想再去。仲好嬲。

What terrible service.! I've actually been there several times before, and it's lost its novelty. The menu hasn't changed for a decade, but I thought a regular meal there shouldn't be a problem, but then it was a disaster! I've decided I won't go there again!

Seeing the place empty, I had a bad feeling.

As soon as we sat down, an auntie waitress kept trying to sell us on their supposedly new Binchōtan grilled dishes because every table suddenly had a little stove on it.

Well then, we thought we might as well order a bit to try...

I thought she would grill it for us, but then this auntie told us lazily that we could try grilling it ourselves as in “play around with it”. She said to add sake and seafood sauce on our own.

Okay! So we grilled it ourselves then.

Then out of the blue, she was lazy again, kept asking us to take photos and videos, but then she haphazardly arranged the old seafood for the shots, telling us to take them this way and that. I wondered what she was thinking... did she want me to photograph the shell?

My husband asked her to let us take our own photos kindly, and she walked away looking quite uninterested.

I thought, just add some Japanese sake and seafood sauce, and it should grill up just fine. But then her auntie colleagues kept coming over to check on us and how we were cooking. They said we were grilling it wrong and needed to add more sauce. I said it wasn't necessary as I was worried it would be too salty, but they insisted that we had to add more, or it wouldn't be moist enough and would dry out. I thought to myself, if that's the case, you might as well do the grilling for me!

Actually, this Binchōtan grill has always been available, but usually, the chefs would grill it before serving it to us. This time, they wanted to add a new twist by having customers grill it themselves, yet they still hovered and nitpicked from behind.

Whatever, I thought I'd just eat quickly and leave, so I asked them to just grill everything for us at once. Turns out, it was really bad! Both salty and expensive. I was so angry!


And then the auntie colleagues kept coming over to check on us eating. They kept prying and seemed like they wanted to hurry us out by constantly clearing things away.

In reality, they only had two tables of customers, and I really just wanted to eat and leave, but it made me so angry that I lost my appetite!

Honestly, as a foodie with over 35K followers, I would blast your name and shame you, but I thought I'd tell everyone as a regular person on OpenRice.

Today, we didn't even order much, and the bill
was close to $2000. I might as well fly to Japan and eat at Kuromon Market! I've never been so mad!

Everyone, please think about why this place is always empty. There must be a reason! I don't want to go there anymore. Still so angry.
