Sooooo relaxing and chill to have great food and enjoy the spectacular view of Hong Kong at the same time. 😌My friends and I are alcoholics lol we started our day with free flow of Champagne and Coffee Martini 😍 🔺Tuna, hamachi, salmon, Sakura squid sashimi🔺Sakura seared Salmon ikura roll, fried Sakura ebi with scallop sushi, seared eel and avocado roll, fried Sakura with minced Fatty tuna oshi sushi🔺Sakura prawn kakiage and zuwai crab

To be very honest, we were a bit disappointed about the food quality. We expected it to be much better. We had been to Aqua for a several times and the food provided in this Sakura brunch did not meet their usual standard. It was a bit overpriced. However, we enjoyed the good weather and the superb view. ☀️🥂
