The management of this place is unbelievable bad. None of the staff seem to know what they are doing, no coordination between hostess and waiters inside. Waited for 2 hours for a table, while there are many empty tables inside. They also accidentally let in a party behind us in before us, again, lack of any coordination between the staff. Half way through the meal, the staff ask us to settle the bill because they want to close the register early.
Food is very mediocre. Does not worth the wait at all. The line outside is probably due to the poor management of the restaurant and not because of the popularity of the food.
The boba store also doesn’t seem to have an estimate about customer on a Saturday night. Making everyone wait 20 min while they boil the boba on the spot.
If you are looking for good hotpot, I recommend going to haidilao instead of this place.
