为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

The Best Buffet in Hong Kong

 We are first time to dining in congress plus dinner buffet, because today was my mom birthday over all the food was high  quality, they has a lot of different  international food of customer choose  and they will have special item to ring the bell , tonight is bake oyster with cheese and deep fire oyster but i would like said the bake oyster with cheese was so yummy ,inside has creamy cheese  sauce  with oyster i recommend another food item is ( Slow Cook Pork Rack ) this is the best ever in Ho

but i would like said the bake oyster with cheese was so yummy ,inside has creamy cheese  sauce  with oyster 
i recommend another food item is ( Slow Cook Pork Rack ) this is the best ever in Hong Kong buffet  , i never taste so juice and  tender pork rack in 
Hong Kong  hotel  buffet . the carving chef also very polite 
over all the  food item and hygiene  is very good 
our family very enjoy and will be come to next time
