为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

The worst service you can get

When i placed an order at the cashier i have indicated i want SEMI fat char siu rice and even when i passed the ticket to the lady at the front desk i even mentioned again i want SEMI fat char siu.  Turn out they gave me LEAN char siu.   I can't believe after i mentioned twice in a polite manner i still end up getting wrong stuff.  I have to run back to the restaurant and asked for an exchange.  The C fu who cut the Char Siu scolded at me for not letting him know earlier. What kind of service is
