Voted as the “Top Pizzeria in Hong Kong” for 2022, Fiata Pizza vows to bring true Italian pizza to HK using some of the finest ingredients from Italy. Finally tried this spot out and was pretty impressed! 🍕 Pic 1️⃣: A’ Salsiccia - $195 hkd 🍕— Loved the unique flavours in this! In particular, the Alfie onion cream really stood out as it gave the pizza a really fragrant touch and creamy base. The fresh Italian sausage was also delicious, really well seasoned and gave the pizza a nice meaty flavour.

When I say there was a lot of cheese on this pizza, I really mean it 😂 maybe a bit too much for me but it’s every cheese lovers dream. Not to forget about the pizza base, I enjoyed the chewiness of the pizza crust that wasn’t overly doughy and dense, which had quite a light crispy edge too.
Pic 2️⃣: Parmigiana - $185 🍆
— Was looking for a lighter option with a tomato base and enjoyed this quite a lot too! Definitely not as flavourful as the other pizza, but still very pleasant. The roasted aubergine gave the pizza a slight nuttiness to it and also went really well with the tomato base. Would recommend this if you’re looking for something vegetarian friendly or lighter flavours!
📍Ambiance: Loud, lively setting, seating is quite cramped though, the restaurant is also really dark 😂 Staff are quite busy but friendly.
⭐️Would visit again?: Yes! Very likely 👍🏻
