sorry yall, my work computer only has simplified chinese. We ordered their 麻婆豆腐，豆酥桂鱼，凉盘，口水鸡，a few noodles and a dessert. Good: 干扁四季豆, very good flavor and the texture of the beans were cooked to perfection泡菜, It looks like kimchee but tastes very Chinese. Its a chilled dish and the sauce taste like 豆板酱.Bad: 登影牛肉, I had very high expectations for this dish because almost every reviewer recommended this dish. Every other dish: Average to Average-Poor.
I would rate this restaurant a 2/5 for food quality because I had very high expectation for this restaurant for its high grades and positive reviews. However, comparing this restaurant with other sichuan restaurants in HK, I would give this restaurant 3/5 for food quality. I would recommend 俞川,三希楼, or 四姐 if you guys are looking for some really good sichuan food.
Service: average-poor
None of them had smiles. Manager wasn't friendly. Waitresses forgot our rice, 1 main dish, and our dessert. So when we reminded them of the dessert we ordered, they said they only had for left. Not a big deal since the flower dessert didnt taste very good.
Attention: They have 50% off the special dish of the day. We were lucky that this promotion applied to the fish we planned to order. So the 300HKD fish became 150HKD. When the bill came, one of my friend was very smart and double checked the bill. They didnt discount the fish. So we promptly reminded them of the promotion and they corrected that. I dont know if they did this on purpose but do be sure to double check your bill.
