Today I took my mom to Amitie Kitchen in H8 for some western delights. Luckily we made a booking as the restaurant was already fully packed with customers at 7ish. ◆Stewed Beef Tripe in Costoluto Fiorentino Balanced sweetness and acidity. Extra tender beef tripes. In general the portions were large and perfect for sharing. Food was served in a fair pace which we could take our time to enjoy slowly.
