1/5After a long time, came back for the good quality dim sum I always remember and is now horrible.All dumplings we ordered, skins are too thick, steaming mushy, fried one oily. Fillings are not good, prawn taste nor seasoning. Like the foie gras dumpling had no foie gras flavour at all, custard carrot only had a little filling and the rest is thick gluten skin. Pancakes soggy and sad, plain seasoning. The stir fried pork noodles was a little burnt as well.The better one is roasted pork.
