Yum cha with the family. Was quite put off when we arrived cos of the low wooden ceiling, the table behind us was making a racket, and their noises kept echoing in my ears. The manager was friendly, said the chef was hired from some Macau Michelin restaurant. He highly recommended the freshly caught 油浸笋壳鱼。Not normally a fan of 虾饺, but this was definitely one of the best I’ve tasted. The meat was soft and 弹口。Also ordered the 烧卖,马拉糕,芝麻卷 and 煎堆 (my brother’s favorite)。Everything was good. 马拉糕 was s
