Environment & Hygiene:The wall was an interesting design. It looked to me as if they used numerous pieces of napkins to put it together. The design was modern looking, and was for sure a place for young people to hang out. Taste & Value:Caramel Macchiato ($40) I heard this is one of their must try drinks because they actually homemake their caramel sauce.
The sauce really did tasted like it was homemade as it didn't have that artifical sweet taste; it was pretty good. Underneath the drizzled caramel sauce was the very fine and smooth milkfoam! I really wasn't expecting such nicely done milkfoam for such a drink. The coffee itself was just okay, but I was impressed by the craftsmanship involved.
Hazelnut Mousse Cake with Creme Brulee ($38) This dessert had a very fancy name that I can't remember at all. Anyways, the outer layer of this cake was a smooth mousse, and the interior was also a very smooth creme brulee.
This dessert was okay. The outer layer didn't have much taste though, the taste came from the creme brulee and the hazelnut sponge bottom.
Final Verdict:The next time I go, I would like to try their pasta.
