Vida Rica Bar continues to serve the splendid Afternoon Fantasy at the Mandarin Oriental Macau. The open sandwiches are made with squid ink and beetroot toast grilled with panini press, while topped with sour cream-dressed lobster meat and tomato & mozzarella respectively.
