\r\n這兒的墨汁飯係純黑色唔係灰色,飯是用「西班牙米」,米身短而肥,以墨魚膽汁浸焗,加上飯底蘊含了帶子、魷魚、青衣柳、蝦、蜆,淨吃個飯已經好滿足!而飯面仲鋪有用「紅花水」(用「紅花粉」調製,西班牙特產)煮過的大蝦及青口,果然夠特色!
食食下廚師叫施小姐笑一笑……呵!棚牙黑到好似中了毒,果然真材實料!亦見EL CID 上下的熱情融洽。\r\n
\r\n接著便介紹下這裏的幾款頭盤:「露筍火腿卷」($70),用西班牙火腿裹著露筍,咬落經過咸咸地的火腿然後到爽甜的露筍,口感不比「酥炸焗釀青口」遜色……\r\n
