booked the table week in advance for birthday celebration. arrived at 9pm for a late Monday dinner.staff are awesome and super nice as always.for drinks. we order a half bottle of moet and s.pell, fresh cooler and LMC. all are very nice.bread are quite cold when it serve. so that is disappoinent.starters:Caesar salad. normal but the lettuce ain't well dry before dressing so the salad become quite watery.scallops. the scallops are well done. cook just on spot. but the pork belly is a bit too chew

mixed grain. love it. love the goat cheese and the whole things.
salmon artichoke salad. the salmon is perfectly cooked. nice.
main course:
beef Wellington. brilliant as always.love it.
pork belly. it is OK.not as tasty as the pork belly they used to have in BBQ or roasted style. seasoning a bit flat.
beef cheek. way way way way too salty. and it is over cooked. not as tender as it should be. so will not recommend this.
side dish order skinny fries and the mushroom. all are good.
dessert.
banoffe pie. that's super awesome. really tasty but than I always love banoffe pie and banana.
so far it is a good dining experience. not as nice as the last time when I visited the restaurant but it is petty nice. the service is great as always.
