— A beautifully presented dish showcasing a range of different flavours and textures which really gives the dish a huge pop of colour! The creamy béarnaise sauce went perfectly with the poached egg and gave the dish a punch of savouriness. The dollop of salmon roe on top added an extra bit of flavour and umami taste. I loved the beetroot cured salmon which had a lovely sweet aftertaste to it. Personally thought their homemade brioche was slightly over toasted which made it seem a little dry.

— Loved this! Never had Hainanese chicken served this way before and I’m a huge fan! The chicken itself was tender and juicy, paired alongside the aioli and their homemade ginger & scallion pesto, the flavours in this were so rich and the sauces also had a nice creamy consistency to it. The pickled carrots and cucumbers were a great addition to help balance out the rich flavours in these buns and also added a great crunchy element.
Pic 3️⃣: Homemade Sourdough Pineapple Bun with Peanut and Cranberry Butter - $58 hkd
— Very interesting combination of flavours and it’s definitely not your usual pineapple bun. The bun itself could be more soft and fluffy but the flavours are quite nice. The peanut and cranberry butter was rich and complemented the sweetness of the bun nicely.
📍Ambiance: intimate bar table seating with an open-kitchen design which allows guests to interact with the chefs - but simply too hot during the summer months, otherwise its a cool experience!
⭐️Would visit again?: Yes, but probably in the cooler months 😅
