I'm a big fan of French cuisine and this restaurant certainly satifies me. They usually have daily specials which surprises me, but 2 dishes I order everytime are their suckling pig and oysters. The suckling pig is very juicy and tender with very rich flavour. I honestly think it is better than the ones I have had in far more expensive hotel restaurants. The oysters are alway fresh, I basically finish half a dozen myself everytime. Other than these 2, the frog leg, escargot, smoke fish and bone
