Delicious 串揚 🍢🍡🍢! I have been wanted to try this restaurant! Best is the liver sauce with abalone and the 白子is so creamy! Scallop with salmon roe great for photo, eel and squid a bit dry, prawn is fried to perfection! Wagyu beef is tender. Wash down nicely with a bottle of sake!🍶之前已經好耐標籤咗想上嚟。終於一個禮拜前訂位品嚐。同朋友9:30左右嚟到。日本人主理,服務周到,坐吧枱一路食一路有傾有講。一開始便開始點了七至八樣串揚。最好食是鮑魚配肝醬,白子好Creamy,帶子配魚子三文魚子最啱打卡,銀杏白果外脆內嫩,雞翼皮脆有少少蜜糖味道,還有叫了鵪鶉蛋、白鱔同魷魚,和牛非常嫩滑。最後加點炸蝦,脆漿及火候啱啱好,蝦頭見到乍得脆卜卜,但朋友食咗唔知道怎樣,配合一支清酒完美配合。
