📍HiddenFinally managed to get a spot at the infamous Hidden for some proper kushikatsu, just in time for the start of the autumn season ingredients. The 秋刀魚 has got to be the highlight of the night. It’s fried to a golden crispy shell but the 秋刀魚itself was still in a sashimi state, wrapped with a layer of shiso leaf 💜 The fried chicken wings was nom with their special sauce. My favorite is the bacon wrapped oyster. So juicy and sweet. I nearly burnt my tongue off but I just can’t resist from eat

My favorite is the bacon wrapped oyster. So juicy and sweet. I nearly burnt my tongue off but I just can’t resist from eating it when it’s pipping hot.
Other items that I like include their mozzarella cheese, scallop and rice cake. The Napoleon style spaghetti was a bit too rich.
You can’t leave without having their homemade caramel pudding. So smooth and good.
Price is super fair including drinks. Service was superb. Couldn’t be any friendlier. I can see why it is a hot spot!
