📍北京樓Probably one of the worst business lunch menu that I have had since Cuisine Cuisine. I appreciate that these so called executive lunch sets are for mass production but seriously, they can’t be serving such quality when it’s in competitive Central! The Peiking duck was cold and dry. The pancake that goes with the duck was very very sticky and gooey. Both the soup and the sichuan shrimp were cold and goopy. How much corn starch do they use in their cooking?!Price: HK$600 pp (lunch) Revisit: 🙅🏻
