Private roomFood quality was top notch and service was above and beyond.We had a birthday celebration and booked a private room at this newly opened hotpot restaurant from Macau. We ordered our own hot pot per head, I had ginseng and pear, not something I see often on hot pot places, it was nice and light. 得知澳門協成係香港開設第一間分店後，我第一時間就book檯試食。餐廳開係灣仔駱克道，位置十分方便。一踏入餐廳就有專人招呼並帶我上訂左嘅包房。包房入面位置寬敞，有獨立廁所，係香港實屬難得。食物方面，協成出名食海鮮。海鮮三寶有加拿大象拔蚌、龍蝦同海斑。今次我地都叫左一條象拔蚌，可以刺身食，亦可以焯，味道十分鮮甜。其餘食物都十分新鮮。魚皮同腐皮都係即叫即炸。食物完全同澳門一樣高質。湯底方面，協成大部分都係一人一鍋，大家可以根據自己口味叫。每個湯底各有特色，食辣嘅可以叫沙爹鍋或者辣鍋，唔食得辣嘅可以叫胡椒湯底或者番茄湯。總括而言，協成服務態度貼心，食物同湯底質素十分高，加上價錢合理，值得推薦俾所有搵緊高級火鍋嘅人！特別一提，協成入面嘅譚經理服務體貼，照顧我地所有人嘅需要，值得特別加分！
