We were wanted to try Sukiya but the queue was too long for me. Then we went to Betsutenjin for ramen. They had a similar setting as what we could find in Japan with the ordering machine at the front of the shop, you order and you pay then you get seated and pass the ticket to the chef. It’s a small place but yet it’s warm and welcoming. I ordered the pork broth ramen and it’s full of umami flavour. The broth was rich and creamy. The charsiew (slices of pork) was what i wanted, not too fatty and
