I went to their sister shop (Qi nine dragons). Food are of similar quality (good, spicy). Portion is however not big. It's acceptable to me because the food is very spicy and small portions are good enough to me. However, if i were to choose, i will visit Qi Nine Dragons the next time. Similar food quality (equally good), similar service, but the view is much better at QI nine Dragons (Tsim Sha Tsui). Anyway, i love their spicy fish with soup so much. It's very spicy, but the noodles in the soup

However, if i were to choose, i will visit Qi Nine Dragons the next time. Similar food quality (equally good), similar service, but the view is much better at QI nine Dragons (Tsim Sha Tsui). 

Anyway, i love their spicy fish with soup so much. It's very spicy, but the noodles in the soup absorbed all the spiciness and it's heavenly if you like Sichuan spicy.

Coming here on Christmas Eve, we opted to sit inside but in fact there are a nice terrace where diners can enjoy the view from the street on the balcony. The decor is modern with the dark tone mixed with red, quite comfortable if you are sitting on the sofa, but for those on the other side you might need to be excused when other diners or staff walk behind you, with the distance between the chairs and the glass wall quite narrow.

The appetizers provided are really spicy and got us a taste of what to come. We ordered Smashed Cucumber ($60) to start as cold appetizer. The cucumber was crunchy and seasoned nicely, refreshing and I found it a nice balance to neutralize some of the spicy dishes I had afterwards.

Then we had Hot and Sour Soup ($60). This is a signature dish and I totally agree, with the soup having the great balance of hot and sour. For the local flavors it would be on the spicy side, and while I enjoyed every single drop of the soup I also kept on sweating profusely. There are also plenty of ingredients, with the pig's blood, shredded pork, mushroom, tofu and others all contributing to the soup. One of the best hot and sour soup in town, but you might want to dial down the spiciness if you are not used to Sichuan cuisine.

Next comes Impossible Mapo Tofu ($130). Instead of the normal beef, this dish is using the impossible meat, a plant-based protein which got similar texture and flavors to the beef, and I found it a good match in this dish. The tofu is smooth and the sauce spicy but not overly so, full of flavors and a great dish with rice.

Having something non-spicy, we also got Sweet and Sour Iberico Pork Collar ($180). Very colourful in presentation, the pork collar has been deep-fried first to maintain a crunchy surface while a soft and moist interior. The sweet and sour sauce is very nicely done, highlighting both the elements perfectly without masking each other, and the bell pepper and pineapple are a great complement too.

Next we had another signature dish, the Crispy Diced Chongqing Style Chicken with Cashew Nut ($235). Great in aromas even before eating, the diced chicken is very nicely deep-fried to make it crispy but not overly dry, and I also like the fact the flavors of the different spices and chili are fully absorbed into the chicken, unlike in many other restaurant the chicken are simply deep-fried then mixed with the chili without the flavors. There also also plenty of chicken pieces too. A must-try in this restaurant in my opinion.

For dessert we had Red Bean Pancake ($75). The red bean paste is nice, appropriately sweetened but not overly so, with the pancake deep-fried but not showing much oiliness. A great conclusion to the meal.

The service is overall decent, but like most Chinese restaurants there is no sufficient interactions from the staff to diners, explaining the dishes or checking in the food. The bill was $1,237 and for 3 person I think the price is very reasonable and if you like spicy food, this one is a good recommendation.

This is my first visit to the one star Michelin Sichuan restaurant in HK. The new impossible vegi menu got my attention, all the dishes came very quickly and temperature hot. It’s little pricy compare to other Sichuan place in HK but it’s well worth it. It has a good vibe with out door space and comfort tunes. The only disappointment was the chilly fish pot portion, for a small size pot I can only discovered eight piece of fish in it.

最近天氣真的很悶熱,心情不好之餘,連帶食慾也沒有,真的要去找一間能刺激胃口的餐廳,以酸味或辣勁去打開胃口。剛好在一個烈日當空的下午,來到沯來品嚐一頓美味的川菜,雖然天氣非常炎熱,但也不能抹殺了同事與我的興致。初時,真的以為這一間川菜好大可能是一些鬼佬式川菜,即是辣勁稍遜那種,可是當嚐過後,大家都刮目相看,有的甚至辣得汗水直流。店內裝潢漂亮,有濃厚的中式風味,而且以紅及黑來作色調,感覺很有型格。由於有Set Lunch的關係,大家都各自點上喜歡的食物,再一起分享。頭盤可二選一,分別是【酸辣湯】及【龍炒手】,前者酸辣做得很平衡,用料豐富,味道惹味,不錯的。後者則是辣勁十足,只吃了少許已經感到火燒頭頂般,不過辣還是辣,味道很好卻是不爭的事實,值得下一試。主菜方面則是八選一,此回我變醒目了,沒有再點超辣的菜式,總可以吃多一點點。這個【薑牛】雖然在餐牌上是辣的菜式,但吃來卻只有很少的辣勁,而且還帶上絲絲的甜味及強烈的薑味,加上香脆可口的感覺,著實不錯。另一個川菜的名物非【麻婆豆腐】莫屬,麻婆豆腐要做到的六味亦都做到,先是深紅色的衝擊,接著是香噴噴的味道,入口有滾燙的熱度,先是麻痺的感覺,再來就是

【霸王辣蝦】以紅噹噹的辣椒乾來襯托出那色澤金黃的顏色,大蝦份量十足,很大件,而且外脆內嫩,嫩得來又很彈牙,配合上越嚼越辣的辣粉,辣勁也不能看少。



最後,就以一個【干燒魚片】來作結,醬汁非常惹味,充滿了蒜香、蔥香及洋蔥香的調味,加上滑溜的魚片,也是一道伴飯佳品。

係openrice book 位好方便,一入去就有位第一次係香港食川菜,就諗住試下佢個一星有咩特別每枱都會有個前菜三個都幾好味,但未去至嘩一聲個種叫左三個餸一個麵最愛佢個宮保雞丁,粒粒雞都係靚部位,好juicy。回鍋肉同麻婆豆腐都唔錯,但不過不失,下次唔會叫。好後悔叫左個擔擔麵,唔係話佢唔好食,只係食辣野係應該配白飯㗎

Ambient and decoration are ok.. However, food and drink here is mediocre, even bad for its price.. The few dishes we ordered pretty much tasted all the same and overly salty.. chicken were dry and fried rice was too oily.. Don't think they are authentic Sichuan dish either.. Sorry but i don't recommend this place 😐

I almost had TEARS in my eyes (from the spicy food)..... so one may say these were tears of joy.Qi house of Sichuan has a nice ambience so you always get a good vibe as soon as you enter the seating area.But as always, the deciding factor is the food.... so I’d say the food is definitely worth GOING BACK AGAIN.I quite liked the attentive staff and their fast service! I quite liked the attentive staff and their fast service!
They were always aware of when we finished a drink or dish, and were ready to clean it up. This is also an important factor in deciding to go back again.


For the Appetizers, the WONTON IN CHILI OIL was great. Very delicious steamed wontons in that super spicy red chili oil

Among the mains, the Qi FRIED RICE was just prefect! It had shrimp and port pieces and everything about it was good.
The DOUBLE COOKED PORK BELLY was another major highlight. Not surprisingly it had generous amounts of red chili pieces in it. The generous amounts of vegetables added a balance to the chili to some extent. The pork belly itself was well cooked and I think I didn’t leave a single piece on the plate

The Lychee Mojito was nice. And they also had a good selection of red and white wines. Among the beers there were only 2 (Asahi and TsingTao)... but honestly these 2 brands are already good enough so I don’t think more beer brands required

I love the spicy Sichuan food at Qi. We ordered eggplants and cucumber as appetisers. While the eggplant had a bit too much sauce, the cucumber was nicely marinated with garlic and was very refreshing. The mains were outstanding. 其實我太喜歡吃辣,也不喜歡過海,不過友人強力推薦,就只好試一下餐廳是頗有氣氛的,完全不像吃川菜的餐廳,不過可能是地點問題吧,蠻多外國人去的。川菜必吃的口水雞,服務員很好,先問可接受的辣度,再把醬汁分開上,雞很滑,個人認為其實不沾醬也可以。個人喜歡吃茄子,這裡的很林,但就略咸,可以不試留肚因為友人點了啤酒,所以也點了炸豆腐伴酒。沒特別好吃因為友人很愛吃孜然,所以同時點孜然羊肉和孜然雞。对雞肉有點失望,太林身,一般雪藏雞,反而羊肉有驚喜,沒有騷味,彈牙,可以一試,辣度也很夠主菜水煮魚,一個字:好好吃!連續點了兩個大的,辣度夠,不口渴,底下的冬粉跟芽菜超好味,必試!真心覺得勁好味,雖然魚肉過少,但很新鮮,同台朋友吃到不停口總括而言,可以只試水煮魚就可以

早排有位朋友仔係加大拿返黎,作為地頭蛇,當然要帶朋友仔去搵好野食啦!朋友開左兩個條件比我,一係要食辣野,二係要附近有酒吧!我諗左一陣,嗯…就帶左佢去灣仔搵好野食。

係灣仔區食辣野又不失禮朋友,腦海中就立即諗起 呇。作為第一間入選米芝蓮一星嘅川菜呇,絕對唔會失禮朋友仔啦!是關今次電話無位比我影相…只係影得一張,所以就同大家介紹住兩道菜先!

朋友仔一坐低就話要食牛,仲要係好辣嘅牛,我望一望個menu就二話不說點左一個水煮牛肉。 川菜出名嘅水煮牛肉果然辣得過癮,成鍋滿佈辣椒。每片牛肉浸係辣湯入面,除左新鮮牛肉嘅肉香之外,仲有花椒嘅麻同辣椒嘅辣…嗯…朋友仔食得非常滿足。除左牛肉片之外,個鍋入面仲配有薯粉。咁辣嘅湯配上薯粉…我就頂唔順啦,食左兩淡就應該停左手

除左水煮牛肉之外,我仲想同大家推介佢嘅干炒四季豆。呇嘅干扁四季豆係我食過嘅餐廳入面做得更為出色,四季豆炒得較為乾身,配上唔好嘅香料同辣椒,味道非常濃郁可口,值得比5粒星!

我本人原是一個辣妹,每餐必有chilli 與我為伴。Qi house of Sichuan 既Sichuan 菜,真的假不了,假的真不了。佢~糸我每兩,三個星期必去的餐廳。大部分既菜式都試過了。小妹特別鐘情口水🐔,薑🐂,重慶辣子🦐球(menu 冇,要特別order),香水魚,麻婆豆腐,鷄蛋炒飯⋯⋯。吾只糸辣,巧巧食😋😋😋當然我每次都吾係叫哂,但必中兩個items. 除了食物,waiters/waitress 態度很友善。

The service was good but the food was just so so and the restaurant is a bit small, very hard to walk around.The food was very spicy even we ordered less spice and the price is a bit too high and not worth the price. There are many better restaurants in town with this price. Nether recommend it to friends nor visit again.
