今日公司係呢到搞左十幾圍團年飯~包左半個場~開始食物有點心加炸物拼盤~點心好好食~!蝦餃係全部蝦~正~不過其他的食物就好一般~如飯呀面呀~都唔係太好仲要好細碟~而且個糖水紫米露又唔好食~=.=係我地食個氣氛law~加上我抽到獎~所以好開心~

(1) 片皮鴨- 所有白色皮都係痴埋一舊,鴨又細,話佢係片皮,根本就係斬件。

(2) 糖糟魚- 條魚唔可以再細,細既程度可以話係同大家樂個d蒸魚套餐條魚差唔多!! 另外,個汁係只有汁lor.. 平時所見既其他配料(如青紅椒)係一粒都無!!

其他送菜,亦都係平平無奇。

好寒酸咁食完餐團年飯,準備拎張dbs信用卡埋單啦,個條類似經理既人居然話尋晚dbs信用卡無優惠!!

真係火都黎埋,打哂電話黎問有無優惠,你話有,我先黎。個條類似經理既人仲夠膽叫有拎左信用卡promotion board 比我地睇,好,個到未寫住星期一至四適用,假期前夕唔適用lor。咁個類似經理既人先話咁我地照樣比返九折你地lor。仲好似我地錯哂,佢費時同我地煩咁。

總之一句講哂,呢間野,永不錄用。

呢d完全無customer service,同講過野唔算數既鋪頭,大家要小心。

公司高層請請茶,於是有機會第一次到喜萬年一試.傳統的茶樓,環境一般,點了一些點心,包括蝦餃、燒賣、牛肉、雞扎、腸粉、雞扎、菜苗餃、馬拉榚、叉燒包、雞包仔等.最後,點了甜品紅綠豆沙及紫米露,選擇算多.味道,合格,但沒有平靚正的感覺呢同區的,我比較喜歡金灣漁港呢~(由於同老細飲茶,無影相>.<)

以前在附近工作時曾經跟同事來食過午飯,感覺不差。周日中午再來,純因無所事事,飲茶癮起但又不想等位。這裏仍然是推車仔賣傳統點心,給你的感覺可能是舊,卻不是殘舊破爛或了無生氣,至少地方整潔,侍應服務周到,人客不多不過是地點問題,要是我住在左近,相信會間中過來。假日還有特價,大中小點$10,當然亦是吸引之處。鳳爪和頂點的蝦餃都做得不錯,前者夠腍滑而汁美味,後者則皮薄而保持彈性且不黐口。不過未知是否叉燒包備受冷落,蒸來又蒸去的至皮偏濕軟,煎芋頭糕亦嫌鬆散了些。埋單只是$69,滿意了。

睇完蘇絲黃介紹喜萬年的乳豬有幾好食,昨夜終於約埋班friend去試試,可惜成間酒樓實在令人失望!乳豬本來都OK啦,但又唔係好食到飛天囉!而佢出名的炒鮮奶,炒得老,又好咸,唔通唔係蘇絲黃黎就可以整成咁?最慘係伙記招呼奇差,點菜重覆講完兩次後,點知原來都未落單,侍應大姐仲大條道理話"係呀,係未落單架!",都不特止,適逢其會係"XXX先生光榮離職回歸祖國做好工大派對"(佢個backdrop係咁寫架),一班同胞大唱你同我都無可能識的五,六十年代國語歌,令我極有時光倒流feel之餘,仲同榕樹頭賣唱無乜分別,簡直頭都痛埋!最後又係送糖水時間,同一位侍應大姐又要我地重覆兩次講要乜糖水,最後當然又係整錯晒收場,我地要求換,佢講大話話話無晒,又話"係咁架喇",最後怕我地投訴,又搵到幾碗之前話無晒的糖水出黎,十分神奇!我諗,如果蘇絲黃尋日同我一齊去,或者佢會考慮攞狗頭鍘出黎,如果有心食好野的話,可以唔洗去喇,如果想食到一肚氣,都可以諗諗!

It could not be worse, coz it is the worst on earth (and I\'m not exaggerating)!
I always wondered why people would waste time on writing negative comments about restaurants that they did not like but now I understand. Asiana’s service made me feel that I must do so, to help locals and tourists not to get fleeced. We are talking about a restaurant that has been in existence for about 30 years, but this is not a reason that we should tolerate bad services: The servers have an attitude, the managers are worse.
Here are a few examples for what happened on Sunday, June 10, 2007 when I went there for dinner with a friend:

1.After waiting for more than 30 minutes, we were informed that a dish we ordered was not available.
2.One of the chefs kept on chatting with his friends who sat next to our table, why didn’t he just sit down.
3.Just be careful of what they charge you. They did not serve us any appetizers (what they called “preserved vegetables”) but charged us HK$10 per head. They charge tea separately (I believe it’s HK$7/head). When we pointed out that we did not even see any “preserved vegetables”, the server said “oh well we are very busy but at least you had the tea”...it was kind of like “consider yourself lucky”.
4.I shared the beer with my friend but we were charged two bottles of beer. They did rectify this after.
5.My friend threw up twice after the meal: She vomited once in the lavatory at Asiana and once when she got home. (And I had a diarrhea on the next day). I called Asiana to complain about this and their lousy service, I was told to send them the medical certificate (!), no apologies made.
6.I told to two “managers”who were unprofessional and rude and not helpful. They should be thankful that I withhold their names here. One of the managers insinuated that what I wanted was a free dinner and said he would refund me out of his own pocket.
7.The Visa payment went through on June 13 anyway and when I called to complain, the manager said it was the bank that processed the payment, not them, and that they were completely out of control (can any consumer believe that?!) He hung up on me every time I called.
8.When they finally let me say something, I let them know that what I asked was a simple gesture from them by admitting that their service was not acceptable. I was only willing to pay 50% of the charges. They then asked me to fax my particulars to them so that they can process the refund. They refused that I give them my account number over the phone because “we cannot just credit the account of anyone who gives us his/her account on the phone”(do you think this is a reason?).
9.The manager said there are many other restaurants in Hong Kong so I am sure he does not value his clients.
The managers asked me to bring my receipt there to get my refund. Honestly I will not bother to spend time on finding my receipt, it doesn’t matter to me. What is more important is that I have to let my friends know that Asiana Restaurant think that they are well established and invincible, so they can afford to treat their clients like stupid. Conclusion: Asiana is worse than any “Cha Chan Ten”(local tea houses that usually sell egg tarts) or kiosque, at least you don’t have to check your bill twice at those places. What is most important, since Asiana doesn\'t treat their clients seriously, why bother to go there? They are too busy to serve you!

寫在失憶之前.蘇格蘭有隊球會叫喜百年,我們有間幾十年老字號大酒家喜萬年,同樣歷史悠久.兩個月前團年大局,在此另闢一間房,這間廂房英倫味濃,牆上的蘇格蘭格仔圖案,大英國旗圖案的盒子,牆上的英女皇,同一眾皇室成員的相片,差點抬起頭,挺起胸膛唱著God save the queen.港英餘孽,竟然在此.牆上的三大球會盾牌,有點劃蛇添足,矯揉造作.歡樂今宵式Big band sound的年代已過去,沒有大樂隊,其炭燒乳豬,仍然流方百世,受人頌讚.皮脆,肉味夠,同之前兩日的新斗記係兩種不同的味道,口感.喜萬年除吃到脆皮之外,同時亦啖啖肉.新斗記就一早將皮下肉去存無菁,兩者各擅勝長,各施各法.盤菜一大煲,用料矜貴,鮑魚鵝掌蝦海參燒肉蠔豉共冶一爐,吃得真高興.身旁E小姐,長期為在煲內尋找鮑魚而努力."英倫琵琶"好看不好吃,沒有西苑般,吃落甘香非常的香脆鴨皮,,這個琵琶鴨,了無生氣,林劈劈似的.羊腩煲出奇地不錯,騷香豐朕,配菜冬荀亦如海綿,將煲內的精華完全吸收.鹽焗雞很入味,吃落充滿鹽焗之香味,同時亦搶不去雞肉本身的鮮味.肉質嫩滑,不錯.最後以臘味飯終結,整餐感覺很Hardcore.氣氛亦夠Hardc

寫在失憶之前.

蘇格蘭有隊球會叫喜百年,我們有間幾十年老字號大酒家喜萬年,同樣歷史悠久.

兩個月前團年大局,在此另闢一間房,這間廂房英倫味濃,牆上的蘇格蘭格仔圖案,大英國旗圖案的盒子,牆上的英女皇,同一眾皇室成員的相片,差點抬起頭,挺起胸膛唱著God save the queen.港英餘孽,竟然在此.

牆上的三大球會盾牌,有點劃蛇添足,矯揉造作.

歡樂今宵式Big band sound的年代已過去,沒有大樂隊,其炭燒乳豬,仍然流方百世,受人頌讚.

皮脆,肉味夠,同之前兩日的新斗記係兩種不同的味道,口感.喜萬年除吃到脆皮之外,同時亦啖啖肉.新斗記就一早將皮下肉去存無菁,兩者各擅勝長,各施各法.

盤菜一大煲,用料矜貴,鮑魚鵝掌蝦海參燒肉蠔豉共冶一爐,吃得真高興.身旁E小姐,長期為在煲內尋找鮑魚而努力.

"英倫琵琶"好看不好吃,沒有西苑般,吃落甘香非常的香脆鴨皮,,這個琵琶鴨,了無生氣,林劈劈似的.

羊腩煲出奇地不錯,騷香豐朕,配菜冬荀亦如海綿,將煲內的精華完全吸收.鹽焗雞很入味,吃落充滿鹽焗之香味,同時亦搶不去雞肉本身的鮮味.肉質嫩滑,不錯.

最後以臘味飯終結,整餐感覺很Hardcore.氣氛亦夠Hardcore,什麼紅酒白酒烈酒也當水飲,自殺式狂隊.

記憶中,此酒樓已開業超過三十年.時亦有光顧.但不算熟客.其中乳豬,煎釀三寶,老火例湯,砵酒加拿大蠔等都是拿手小菜.我有一德國朋友說此處的煎釀三寶是他吃過最好的天婦羅.早前與家人同往,自携紅白洒前往.向阿姐取酒杯,因見鄰桌有比較標準的酒杯,阿姐說此種杯己用完,沒有了.她手指我們桌上用來喝茶的粗腳杯可用,但如用此杯,我情願收起兩支酒,叫幾支啤酒代之,亦不可糟蹋了自携的酒.突然發現在鄰桌旁的工作檯上有十数隻白酒杯,需較細,但亦比茶杯好得多.即時叫阿姐取來用.順帶囑其將紅白酒先開瓶.觀其開酒手勢,馬上心知不妙.果然水松塞應聲斷開;阿姐馬上以其拉长樸克臉說我的酒收藏不善,其時眼晴沒有向我們瞟過一眼便取去白酒朝廚房走去.時空一轉,見阿姐手持我的白酒回來,後隨一位阿叔手上拿着一個麵粉茜及醒酒瓶(Decanter)回來.心凉一截,不出所料,是用了中國國寶級救斷塞器-筷子.說時遲,那時快,從桌上取回未開的紅酒收入懷内.免遭毒手.叫老媽及小弟自已動手隔去碎水松.伸手向阿姐取來開瓶器-自作業也.阿姐此時泠笑及提醒小弟,其酒家的開瓶費,每支五十大洋.唉!要酒杯,冇酒杯,開斷塞,無歉意,用筷子,未問你,酒随餐桌

上菜喇,乳豬仔嚟喇!阿姐問過要淨片皮或斬件.我選擇了斬件,桌上豬仔是原隻,未斬,突然阿姐從懐中取出翦刀,當場表演霹靂較翦乳豬,賣相奇差.但豬是好吃的.砵酒生蠔上杉,衆人你眼望我眼.因窩中衹有五隻蠔,人有十個,阿姐從沒有提點小弟,唯有馬上追加.蠔乾身,紅酒回鑊翻兜上窩仔,底放洋葱絲,香氣酒味四溢,鑊頭師傳,高手也.
喜萬年的老式作風,能提供衆倌一嚐粵廚正宗,同時付帶中式酒家待客之壞傳统.向熟客獻媚,冷待生面孔.以前跟上一手部長稔熟,他會提供Schott的酒杯,老闆自家用的Decanter.人走茶凉.俱往矣.唉!不知下次劉德華來幫趁,會否同樣招呼,要出動到"今時今日,咁嘅服務態度........"

重頭戲過後,一輪「酒戰」,是時候吃一點肉類。要了個大的雙冬羊腩煲,一個大砂窩上檯,滋滋作響又熱辣滾燙。除了牽腩件,還有不少的唐生菜、蔥段及當然的,「雙冬」~即冬筍及冬菇。一看煲內已知不太對頭,醬汁燒得水旺旺,羊腩件亦嫌零碎,只吃了一件,都算是炆得軟腍入味,但談不上出色。唯有轉向配角們埋手,冬筍爽甜,冬菇亦香又入味,長蔥段浸了羊腩醬汁,當然也是「賣飛弗」~同意雪怡一句,喜歡「吃草」的人,就在煲內撿個不易樂乎;

未在這裡吃過琵琶鴨,見其燒豬做得不錯,琵琶鴨也差不到那裡吧!上檯看見是絕不「琵琶」,已心裡暗,看真一點,像鵝多過像鴨~~市面上用鴨扮鵝的依肆不少,鵝扮鴨,也真是少見~~至於食味,也不是原先想叫的一味,不評了。琵琶鴨,還是上次西苑的那隻像樣子;鹽焗雞最後才來,雞皮焗得微焦,已是市面上「鹽焗」的標準賣相。味道跟上次來的一般好,肉質嫩滑,同檯kkk兄出名要求高,也讚了幾聲,似乎是已是這裡其中一味也吃得過的菜色;

上次吃的砂窩臘味飯,很有水準,所以這次也一來三煲。人多,也來煲特大的,雪怡笑說是「大過係個頭」。不知是因為數量多了,還是份量多了的關係,同意PJ的意見,飯身焗得不夠乾身,吃起上來自己也不太夠香。臘肉是八成肥肉一成廋肉,連坐在身旁的露露小姐也說:「留番比你」,這一味,似乎仍可更好。

再一輪急攻,其實在扒飯時,已是大息,最後的紅豆沙及柑,是充作「緩酒」之用。當然吃完飯時,酒還喝剩一半,到走時,只得空樽,便知有幾盡興。

埋單每位二百一十元,在嚴控下,也出現三十元超支的情況,除了即場酒水茶芥,也是計漏了一點點~如原來生果糖水,也不「敬送」。

題外話一:是晚非常盡興,尤其幾位Ma Luck成員能聚首一堂,實屬難得,想起下次再聚,不知何年何月,那有不醉而歸的道理?

青葉後都沒機會參與大局,錯失了Christmas Party,團年飯又豈可不到?人算不如天算,阿P竟然在前一晚感冒翻發,最後只好由阿J單刀赴會。此時此刻,忽然回想起我倆第一次參與OR聚會的情景,當晚如沒kkkkk兄和大王的熱情款待,我倆都不會對OR產生歸熟感。在此,謝過兩位。團年飯當然要吃得比平日豐富,今晚KC兄所安排的菜式絕對應景,先來一道乳豬全體。雖說是名菜,但味道實屬一般,皮不算頂級脆,乳豬偏肥,啱哂嗜肥膏者。接着是大堆頭的盤菜,有鮑魚、花膠、大蝦、雞、鵝掌、腩肉…大致上夠稔和入味,大家一致讚好。再來是羊腩煲、琵琶鴨和鹽焗雞,每樣都件頭十足,可惜味道就普通了點。鴨肉略嫌太實,鹽焗雞偏肥和油膩。最後的臘味煲仔飯亦令人有點失望,飯水氣太重,一點也不乾身。因事早走,未及吃甜點和糖水,實在是美中不足。末知開年飯,OR會在哪裡辦呢?期待着…
