It's surprisingly that I haven't been here before. First experience for lunch and will definitely be back again to try the rest of the menu. I’ve ordered the fried noodle with assorted seafood, vegi dumpling, friend Eel and Vegi sweet & sour soup. The noodles were fabulous! Perfect combination of crispy base and sauce with the seafood. 夜上海都算其中一間城中有名中菜館，多數都係去尖沙咀嗰一間，今日午市約人傾嘢就試一試金鐘哩間分店。一到達就座已經覺得服務貼心，擺枱空間剛剛好，叫杯薏米水暖意倍增。頭盤點左蒜泥白肉，蒜味香濃白肉爽口，陳皮糖醋排骨十分入味開胃，口感很適合，再加個香乾拌馬蘭頭都非常清新。主菜有最簡單嘅上海口味包括清炒河蝦仁，傳統小籠包，上海粗炒以及奶油津白，餸菜味道都剛好，特別係個清炒河蝦仁淡淡清香味道，不温不火，很多時候最基本嘅餸菜就係最考功架的！

Had lunch there due to the location although read the bad comments on openrice.We were being assigned in a booth seat, but I think the table setting is quite interesting, the seasonings are put in a shelf on the wall which like in a local restaurant. It’s good, not too noisy during lunch peak hours.All the foods we ordered were very fine, especially the soups (hot and sweet). 生日去慶祝，見佢個名都好特別同幾知名，有期望，就比較失望。都唔值得我多講，但係唔寫黎提醒大家又對大家唔住。長話短說，兩次出錯餸，亦有可能係搏大霧，趁大家weekdays傾生意冇細心研究菜式，或者遊客唔識嘢...遼參價錢比豬婆參之類嘅唔知咩平價海參。寧波骨俾咗避風塘大排檔style仲要蒜香都檔唔住的豬氣味嘅排骨。有時顧住傾計聯誼，唔小心檢查真係食咗啲乜嘢落肚都唔知，又或者好多客人都唔好意思出聲去換，話說左下角嗰個牛肉鍋巴筒係幾好味。右邊嘅樟茶鴨就乾到爆，又冇乜味。馬蘭頭就好多間餐廳都好味㗎嘞，呢間都唔差嘅，my favourite。雨前龍井唔錯。$55/head高力豆沙亦係我嘅最愛，不過亦都係一樣其實仲有好多餐廳可以取代佢。即係咁，一人盛惠$400，咁嘅服務真係麻麻哋啦。當你唔係有心，如果係呢個價錢來講咁樣都好唔專業囉。依家資訊科技咁發達，真係要小心做實事。希望佢努力啲做返好啦。

食物是中規中舉，一般質素。但服務態度悪劣。真的不明白這樣的服務也可以在太古廣場生存。以為去了茶餐廰。樓面女待態度不只是差，是十分差，非常差。更好的食物也要有好心情才會享受到。

如果大家有對食上海菜嘅興趣，可能你都會有發現其實喺香港上海菜唔係一啲特別貴嘅菜式。夜上海在一間喺太古廣場嘅中餐廳，價錢老實講真係唔算貴，食物質素又幾高，所以難怪佢係一個星期三嘅晚上可以full house。整體來講夜上海嘅前菜係做得出色過佢嘅主菜，佢嘅醬脆蘿蔔，脆鱔同燻蛋好食。花膠雲吞雞嘅高湯真係好靚，上海式燉翅都係中上。反而有少少失望嘅係蜜汁火舫佢嘅腐皮唔夠脆，刈包亦都唔夠軟。花雕雞嘅雞件本身都唔係特別靚不過都算入味。佢嘅干貝浸瓜絲唔係度度有得食，可以一試幾特別。環境同埋服務來講真係算唔錯啦，望出去雖然係金鐘廊但係景觀都唔算太差落地玻璃夠開揚。裝修新穎，不過我略嫌佢枱同枱之間空間唔夠多。服務來講所有侍應都算醒目。係一餐有翅有花膠食嘅晚飯來講，佢嘅價錢真係算公道。

We went to Ye Shanghai at Pacific Place for mother's day celebration dinner tonight. We were hugely disappointed by the rudeness of yourservice staff. We made a reservation with a specific request for a baby chair. We even specifically mentioned the age of the baby. Andwe confirmed the reservation around noon today. Usually I would eat at their TST branch since I’ve always thought it tastes better there. But this time I was quite surprised by their food and service. Please DO NOT go to Ye Shanghai in Pacific Place. It is the worst restaurant in HK with the worst service ever. The wait staff are rude and vindictive to say the least. 星期六的晚飯時間，夜上海坐無虛席。早上預先訂了個火炯翅，期望可以品嚐時更入味。結果，並沒有令我們失望，火炯翅加火腿燉出來的湯很是濃郁，正！此外，鎮江淆肉也藉得推介，肉質鮮嫩、入口即溶、啫喱和肉混合得宜，正！今夜，我的舌尖享受了一頓美味佳餚。It's full house last night. Aiming to have better taste of the soup, love it or not, we had shark fin soup with traditional Chinese ham which was previously reserved. End up the soup was still the most impressed course of the dinner, other than the cold dish jelly pork. If you want a high quality of Shanghai food, this could be one of your choices!

夜上海, 一個好特到別的食府, 位於金鐘太古廣場三樓 , 是我們招呼朋友吃飯的理想食店之一.  因為裝修美觀,  屬於有氣派及食物精緻的餐廳.   地点交通方便, 餐廳設計有特式,  入門的飾物擺設很有心思.座位分高低級, 環境不錯.   有落地大玻璃窗,  坐於任何位置也可以欣賞金鐘 和中環的美景,  也設有卡座, 方便三兩知已, 茶聚談天.餐廳茶餐用具, 多年不變, 依然是用金屬挼底的有耳玻璃杯.餐牌內食品豐富,  主打上海菜式, 有厨師推介的巧手名菜,  價錢是中上級.簡單的有麵食,  年糕,  炒飯,午市也有上海点心.我們叫了很多傳統點心 : 鮮肉小籠包 ($52/4隻)    皮薄多汁, 熱烘烘,  餡肉多而鮮甜, 湯汁畧為少, 但算好味!! ， 蟹子燒賣  ($68/4隻)    蟹子大大粒, 賣相好, 肉質新鮮,  豬肉鮮而帶少許肥肉, 入口爽。廚師調味適中.上海水餃  ($60)   :  好大隻, 有6 隻, 皮不太厚, 肉餡好滿, 肉汁鮮味.  good.XO 醬炒腸粉  ($60)  :  份量細細, 配銀芽及蛋絲,  腸粉炒得熱而不油, 有好味的XO醬及麻油.
