食完YOGURT之後, 到了後面街的太興醫肚雖則我唔係真係"太興 EVERYDAY", 不過我都算係常客一名, 最欣賞, 係出色的燒味 今次食既, 係义油雞飯!但, 好似雞肉的份量, 比之前又少了, 雖然义燒份量差唔多, 不過油雞少了好多, 大抵係因為雞價貴了吧另外飯有點硬, 雖然唔係難食, 不過質素退步了, 同份量少了, 特登在此提提大家

滂沱大雨的晚上到了銅鑼灣是另一個景象 一個人食飯什麼地方也可落腳到了太興, 今晚難得地4人卡位任坐 點了焗蜜桃乂燒飯配老火湯 $45 冬瓜意米豬骨老火湯 : 這個湯水很適合春去夏來的天氣, 清清的甜味, 沒有過份地鮮味, 意米還有去水腫功效呢 蜜桃汁焗乂燒飯: 好像火山一樣熱騰騰的溶岩蜜桃汁還跳著, 真係唔食得都睇得 此店用上的正是絲苗米, 炒底蛋飯夠乾不油膩, 是粒粒分明的好飯蜜桃汁即等同我們一向食到焗豬扒飯的紅茄汁, 酸酸的十分醒胃之餘又好味, 乂燒夠腍而餘也十分香口, 份量也頗多, 乂燒份量仲多過飯, 感覺是食得過的一餐

蜜桃汁焗乂燒飯: 好像火山一樣熱騰騰的溶岩蜜桃汁還跳著, 真係唔食得都睇得
此店用上的正是絲苗米, 炒底蛋飯夠乾不油膩, 是粒粒分明的好飯
蜜桃汁即等同我們一向食到焗豬扒飯的紅茄汁, 酸酸的十分醒胃之餘又好味, 乂燒夠腍而餘也十分香口, 份量也頗多, 乂燒份量仲多過飯, 感覺是食得過的一餐

太興這間餐廳經常賣廣告,但從未試過。今次就有機會試試其味道。要了一個雙拼的公仔麵。燒肉的皮竟敗筆地不脆,幸而叉燒還算不錯,稱得上嫩滑,而且也肥瘦適中。而店舖的座位其實也頗舒適,服務態度就不過不失啦!

要了一個雙拼的公仔麵。燒肉的皮竟敗筆地不脆,幸而叉燒還算不錯,稱得上嫩滑,而且也肥瘦適中。

I've been there 3 times now. The first time, I shared a small afternoon tea Char Siu dish, to try the famous milk tea. The milk tea was good, but the char siu was strange. It seemed 'mushy'The second time, I gave the char siu another try. It was the same - soggy and mushy. I don't know what they are doing, but it's not right. I've been there 3 times now.

Everything basically tastes like a 'chain restaurant' version of the dish. Like it comes from a factory, not a kitchen. And the prices are very high for what you get. The waitress we had in Kwun Tong location was very rude and annoying, even by hong kong cafe standards.

Will never go there again - you could go to literally any standalone roast meat place and get better food, better service, and better prices.

As usual, their lamb hotpots are good, rich beancurd sauce with pieces of water chestnuts, mushrooms, dried beancurd and lamb.There was also a separate plate of lettuce to put in too.The lamb was quite tender, but a knife and fork was needed, as chopsticks were useless.The beancurd sauce that was provided was good also, but slightly too sweet.

謝斐道差不多所有茶記都俾我地試哂架喇﹗今日試埋呢間太興﹗周日人不多,輕鬆找到卡位就座,睇睇餐牌見有人氣早餐,當然試試佢﹗呢度出名什麼冰鎮奶茶,雖然早餐我甚少飲凍野,不過都同食家一人點左杯﹗一杯無冰奶茶用膠杯裝住,加0的冰0係執邊鎮住,有0的似飲啤酒要用冰筒,啤酒當然飲得多,奶茶就第一次﹗飲落口感細滑,奶味濃,搭真0的有陣陣茶香,好飲﹗唔飲甜的我倆係嫌佢甜左少少,一切滿意﹗早餐有多士,再有炒蛋,炒蛋用左牛油炒夠哂香亦都滑溜。通粉佢有名堂,話唔知邊個地方出既火腿及通粉,通粉比起出面茶記無淥得咁熟腍哂,仍帶彈牙咬口,火腿就其實差不多﹗不過要讚係佢碗野入面好多菜,食得健康﹗滿意的早餐,凍奶茶如果可以小甜更是一絕﹗

周日人不多,輕鬆找到卡位就座,睇睇餐牌見有人氣早餐,當然試試佢﹗

呢度出名什麼冰鎮奶茶,雖然早餐我甚少飲凍野,不過都同食家一人點左杯﹗

一杯無冰奶茶用膠杯裝住,加0的冰0係執邊鎮住,有0的似飲啤酒要用冰筒,啤酒當然飲得多,奶茶就第一次﹗

飲落口感細滑,奶味濃,搭真0的有陣陣茶香,好飲﹗唔飲甜的我倆係嫌佢甜左少少,一切滿意﹗

早餐有多士,再有炒蛋,炒蛋用左牛油炒夠哂香亦都滑溜。

通粉佢有名堂,話唔知邊個地方出既火腿及通粉,通粉比起出面茶記無淥得咁熟腍哂,仍帶彈牙咬口,火腿就其實差不多﹗不過要讚係佢碗野入面好多菜,食得健康﹗

滿意的早餐,凍奶茶如果可以小甜更是一絕﹗

崇光背後的太興有時真係唔知叫咩好, 樣樣都想食今次好肚餓, 好! 就叫鵝肶+油肶飯,再來一杯冰鎮奶茶鵝肶好明顯係新鮮, 超脆,( Honestly Speaking!好過鏞記酒家!)油肶 ok, 飯很好,(但係啲肶油滴晒落啲飯度, 好油 wooo).奶茶 ok, 好味!

在附近找早餐吃, 謝斐道上食店很多, 但早餐來來去去都是那幾味, 要特別一點的, 還有翠華和太興。兩者之間, 隨便挑了太興, 反正價位差不多。不過太興紫色的裝修, 確是比翠華有氣派, 挺吸引的。早餐餐牌上大大隻字寫著人氣早餐 ($24), 有三數款配搭, 要了最簡單的火腿通粉 拼 香滑炒蛋 拼 鬆脆多士 。- 火腿通粉內有生菜, 份量不多, 不過也是有誠意; 湯底聲稱是豬骨湯底, 不算多油, 卻比較鹹。- 名為香滑的炒蛋, 實情是不大夠滑, 反而有點老, 煎成一大舊的, 吃了一半便放棄了。- 多士夠脆, 沒下牛油也好吃。太興最出名的, 還有它的馳名的冰鎮原味奶茶, 配早餐加 $3。無冰奶茶放在一碗冰裡奉客, 所以一直喝都可以保持濃滑, 而且可以 keep 住夠凍, 比早前在金鳳喝的更出色, 頗有青出於藍的味道。不過硬是覺得有點罐頭的感覺, 可能是一入來的時候, 看見收銀處有罐裝奶茶賣, 先入為主了吧。連鎖集團嘛, 服務還真不錯的, 服務生點完菜會覆單, 上菜前也會說「請慢用」。這些門面工夫, 也有分加的。正在打這篇食評的時候, 電視上就在播著這個早餐的廣告了(這時是晚上啊), 有沒有這

喺好多地方都會見到太興的分店, 例如家姐一家住的翔龍灣, 但好少會去太興食飯, 今次相信係咁耐以嚟的第二次而已, 而且仲係本來想去食車仔麵但無位才去的一個人食, 只想食一碗湯粉之類的東西, 於是就食一碗义油雞瀨, 太興燒味的質素, 今次終於一試了, 义燒肥同瘦的比例好平均, 蜜糖化的义燒, 最過人之處係入口唔使點大力趙就自己散開, 所以感覺好味又易入口油雞我就唔識得分算唔算特別好食, 只係覺得味道都ok, 反而唯一比較肯定的評語係肉好少!瀕粉另上, 味道不過不失, 下次會再食, 因為佢啲义燒真係幾好味

A cool idea to chill the tea via external ice rather than diluting the taste from ice internally - its a different idea to 新蘭芳園's Tea-flavoured Ice Cubes! The overall composition is milkily aromatic but tastes articificial - I was taken aback by how much the end result reminds me of Taiwanese Bubble Cup Teas or Supermarket 港式奶茶 Packets. The overall composition is milkily aromatic but tastes articificial - I was taken aback by how much the end result reminds me of Taiwanese Bubble Cup Teas or Supermarket 港式奶茶 Packets. It was like a combination of 奶精 or 茶精 essence, I even thought it had 麥精 somewhat.
Also tried cold milk tea from 金鳳茶餐廳 (灣仔), 新蘭芳園 (中環) and 新華茶餐廳 (長沙灣) before, etc. They all taste different somewhat. In comparison, I don't think McDonald's or Cafe De Coral really loses to any of these shops. They all just have their own uniqueness somehow. Everyone has their preferred taste - much like coffee blends or different wine grapes appealing to each individual. Can only comment on its execution.


熱港式奶茶 -
Recently this came 2nd in a local HK Tea competition. When I sipped it, I was slightly disappointed though a friend liked it somewhat. Shows again that everyone is born different - so discover it for yourself!!!!!!!!
Tea flavour was 'smooth' but did not punch through the milk for me. A fine balanced-act between Tea vs Milky flavours but for my personal consumption and bearing in mind I like Red Tannicky Teas or Herbal Teas without milk, I personally criticise this version being too 1 Dimensionally smooth. It needs bolder tea flavours. I found the 太興 Hot Milk Tea to have less evaporated milk influence than other shops and surprisingly even its own artificially syrupy Iced Milk-Tea. It seemed more like real milk somewhat. Comparing Apples-to-Apples, 'personally' like 舊蘭芳園 version better but that's more rougher and 鞋口.

In my personal opinion therefore please take it with a grain of salt - I'll give my Tea Experiences here = high '3' to low '4'. YOU MIGHT LIKE IT MORE!

五六年前層經幫親過九龍區既太興...但搬左過香港島後,居然從未幫襯過~!望住佢個menu~已經覺得犀利~原來我對佢既concept仲係停留左係「當年」今晚我試左個瑞士汁(紐西蘭)牛肉炒河。好正好正!!!河粉條條炒到分開晒,唔會一團咁!條條有味~味唔會太咸或太甜~恰到好處!牛肉好"林"~味道好真。絕對唔係落左鬆肉粉之類既chemicals!!男朋友點左個青芥末汁焗燒肉飯不錯不錯!!個汁做得幾好~唔會太攻鼻~好醒神搶口!!不過我估佢食得太快了,我見佢係咁流鼻水同眼水總括而言~很好!我下次去會encore個炒河!

我地之前85折買左$1000 coupon, 一直都無乜去幫襯過, 仲有1年半就夠期, 所以今日星期日同老公一齊去食lunch. 埋單每人$57一去到門口, 負責登記個女人好無禮貌大大聲咁話要撘枱, 我地話唔想撘, 咁佢就大大聲話要等耐d, 我地寧願等. 好好彩, 結果等左5分鐘就可以入去了. 一入到去, 個waiter係度執緊枱, 執完枱張枱仲好唔乾浄, 枱面仲有d飯, 個waiter見我地坐埋去, 都無幫我地用布抺枱, 只係用手將d飯撥落地下, 張枱仲有攤油. 隔左一陣, 我地忍唔住叫佢幫手抺下張枱, 佢一聲不响 "係咁易" 抺2-3下, 而且都唔係全張枱抺添, 求其抺下前面, 個樣仲好唔 "老泥" 咁, 我地覺得佢態度都幾差下. 我記得中環中心果間太興d服務好好架, d人好有禮貌, 地方仲要好乾淨架 <~~~ 不過唔知依家仲係唔係咁, 因為我己經4-5年前去過.1. 我叫左個咖哩牛腩飯+熱奶茶$45, 咖哩汁好香, 落左好多好多棷漿, 會好多卡路里, d肉炆得都算淋, d牛腩部位係坑腩同牛根, 仲有少量既薯仔, 味道野味得黎唔會好辣, 岩晒唔食得辣既我. 至於, 太興

一入到去, 個waiter係度執緊枱, 執完枱張枱仲好唔乾浄, 枱面仲有d飯, 個waiter見我地坐埋去, 都無幫我地用布抺枱, 只係用手將d飯撥落地下, 張枱仲有攤油. 隔左一陣, 我地忍唔住叫佢幫手抺下張枱, 佢一聲不响 "係咁易" 抺2-3下, 而且都唔係全張枱抺添, 求其抺下前面, 個樣仲好唔 "老泥" 咁, 我地覺得佢態度都幾差下. 我記得中環中心果間太興d服務好好架, d人好有禮貌, 地方仲要好乾淨架 <~~~ 不過唔知依家仲係唔係咁, 因為我己經4-5年前去過.

1. 我叫左個咖哩牛腩飯+熱奶茶$45, 咖哩汁好香, 落左好多好多棷漿, 會好多卡路里, d肉炆得都算淋, d牛腩部位係坑腩同牛根, 仲有少量既薯仔, 味道野味得黎唔會好辣, 岩晒唔食得辣既我. 至於, 太興熱奶茶不嬲都好味, 落左好多花奶, 多到可以唔洗落糖都入得口添.

2. 老公就叫左個蜜桃叉燒焗飯+熱奶茶$43, 蜜桃汁香香甜甜, 好醒胃, 但係叉燒瘦猛猛, 一d肥肉都無, 所以唔好食, 不過勝在叉燒汁唔錯補番數, 老公話全碟d汁好味, 叉燒部份唔夠靚喎.

3. 因為我地想盡快用晒d $50 coupon, 所以叫多個茶餐, 雞肉串+Q版西多士+熱奶茶$26, 雞肉串有2串, 燒得唔錯, 香口得黎唔會成口油. 個Q版西多士係用半塊厚多士做成的, 同一般的西多士好唔同, 太興的西多士炸到側邊係濃, 所以側邊係脆口的, 另外加少量牛油同糖漿, 成塊西多士唔會比牛油同糖漿浸到淋晒, 雖然少牛油少糖漿, 不過味道仲好啵, 而且仲健康d.

我地食食下, 見到隔離張卡位有人埋單走人, 咁前一張枱既情侶好有禮貌咁問個阿嬸waitress可唔可以轉去果張枱度 (因為佢地係同另1對情侣撘枱坐一張4人卡位), 點知個阿嬸waitress好無禮貌咁話: "唔知啵, 你同出面登記個人講啦", 跟住就無理對情侶走開左....


哩間鋪d人服務態度直係好差好差!!! 就算你去食$2x茶餐既茶餐廳, 人地d服務都唔會差成咁. 當所有客好似係仇人咁. 其實太興d野食係唔錯既, 不過如果tea食碟頭飯都要$4x, 我寧願去銅鑼灣既翠華或澳門茶餐廳, 起馬人地乾浄好多, 唔會連枱都唔抺. 就算翠華一樣係要撘枱, 但起馬員工好好禮貌丫, 而且翠華d員工好醒目, 你睇緊餐牌, 一抬起頭d員工己經知你想叫野食, 好多時都會主動問你食乜, 太興d員工好似唔想做咁, 你舉手叫野食果時, 佢地都好似扮睇唔到, 仲要出埋聲叫佢地過黎寫單, 好似要捉人黎咁. 或者可能係太興員工數目跟本唔夠多, 因為你見佢地個個係餐廳度, 打衝風咁衝黎衝去, 眼見個個客出入遇到員工時, 都會自動自覺讓路比員工, 硬係啦, 驚比佢地撞到丫馬. 我同老公決定唔會再幫襯銅鑼灣既太興, d coupon留番新年訂盆菜一次用晒佢算lu.

連鎖式經營嘅食肆筆者甚少幫襯,因為冇餐廳個性之餘,亦唔會有什麼驚喜。是晚去太興,最主要係趕著番屋企睇劇集大結局。太興由一間只賣燒味嘅舖頭,發展成宜家嘅規模,兼且供應燒味以外嘅食物,殊不簡單。不過,論食物嚟講,始終以燒味給筆者最大信心。所以筆者與太座分別叫咗切雞、义燒飯再自行雙拚。在香港食雞,一向期望不大,一則一般食肆好少有新鮮雞供應,二則現代嘅食用雞基因已變,一味令雞生肉及肥,肉味越來越少。太興嘅雞係冰鮮雞,雞肉已失去應有彈性,飯本身亦過硬,影響消化。义燒本來指定用半肥瘦,結果瘦的佔超過95%。幸好义燒醃得夠入味(其實有點偏鹹),送飯亦可,其餘的也乏善可陳。單拚一份四十七蚊,如果雙拚係五十蚊,兩人同行自製雙拚,共慳了六蚊。這種時勢,要知慳識儉。

since my friend wanted to have a quick dinner and want to try something else other than Tsui Wah, we finally picked this 太興燒味.We were there around 6pm which was quite early and didn't need to wait ,the older male server just let us choose where ever we like to sit, and we chose 2 BBQ set dinners both with the chinese soup1) roasted duck and pork on rice (燒鴨,燒肉飯) and 2) BBQ pork and soy sauce chicken on rice(叉燒,油雞飯).all meats were very tender, not tough, while the roasted pork skin was very cri

1) roasted duck and pork on rice (燒鴨,燒肉飯) and 2) BBQ pork and soy sauce chicken on rice(叉燒,油雞飯).all meats were very tender, not tough, while the roasted pork skin was very crispy.


The soup was something like a pear soup(雪梨湯) which was a bit salty....hope it 's not the effect of too much MSG(味精).

I ordered the Ice Milk Tea(冰鎮奶茶) which was very tasty just like a lot of people said 'very smooth'(滑)


the only area which was something to be considered ,the female servers - they tend to ignore customers requests, didn't know if they can't speak the HK local cantonese fluently was the main reason..

Other than that...it's a good place for Cheap Good Eat!
