外國長大嘅朋友難得返香港幾日,當然要搵間啱佢口味嘅餐廳啦。位於中環呢間好易食fusion菜就啱晒。又可以感受下附近蘭桂坊嘅酒吧文化,又可以嘆唔同美食。一入餐廳燈光、環境佈置已經好有氣氛。Fresh Oyster (6pcs)生蠔新鮮,配上白酒輕度抑制生蠔中的腥味,張生我的鮮甜突顯,呢個絕佳配搭,真係令食物更滋味。Daily soup每日新鮮材料自家製靚湯。今日嘅雞湯加入蔬菜一齊煮成,清清地雞亦嫩滑,絕對有家嘅味道,十分用心。Hummus with ox tongue慢煮牛舌非常軟腍,配搭洋蔥鷹嘴豆泥醬,配搭麵包一齊食,豐富同事口感一次過滿足。Toasted Bone Marrow香烤牛骨髓,簡單的鹽和胡椒已經可以提升香味。牛骨髓味道濃郁,略帶少少甜味,質地柔滑,可以好似牛油咁搽喺香左嘅吐司一齊食,特別滋味。Uncle Zack Jerked Chicken用蕉葉包住獨特香料醃製嘅原隻黃油雞,肉質出奇幼嫰,特別好味。仲有炸香蕉,外酥內軟,酸酸甜甜,冇咁油膩。餐廳仲有好多,係happy hour嘅性價比之選。 繼續閱讀

成日見啲新一代妹子同外國朋友响附近覓食… 個門面幾好, open rice 口碑又唔錯; 我地做完嘢, 就黎 chill 下先~ 嗯~有驚喜!其實, 真係無諗過, 初頭印象感覺 係傾計飲嘢嘅地方, 出品嘅食物質素, 竟然咁係好嘅!GoogleMap 行咗陣, 我呢個路痴 終於黎到…行錯路傷心仔嘅我一食嘢 就覺得: 無白行一趟 值得黎吖~ 我地食飯早, 所以直接有位; 但見 7點開始就多人了, 跟住直情滿座, 外面都坐埋人了~Orion Pint $80順喉易入口 幾乎唔苦嘅連怕一般啤酒苦嘅我地都好 ok 呀Mocktails $78 入口 係激烈凍檸茶嘅 friend 子Prawn Taco $128呢個頭盤幾好;酸酸地 清新 開胃;見到好多枱都有叫呀~Grilled Angus Ribeye 10oz $328生熟度控制得好 冇血水;牛扒軟林 肉味夠同時肉汁多;切好晒上碟 方便易食~薯條炸得啱啱好 熱辣辣 少少鹽 好味呀我好快就食晒了Baby Suckling Pig 1/2kg $248肉保持到嫩嫩的 唔錯菠蘿片 清新 少少香辣, 但又會令人忍唔住想再食~ 刺激口水分泌 有助解肉膩, 好得意~ 繼續閱讀

餐廳風格帶創意之餘亦具玩味,滿佈塗鴉嘅牆身並掛滿獨特風格嘅壁畫,黑白復古地磚,以及吧頭嘅 霓虹光管,整體型格十足😎。🥢Grilled Broccolini$108估唔到菜都烤到咁有炭香味,配上滑溜酸乳酪、辛辣芳香嘅Harissa辣椒醬以及香脆嘅杏仁片,開胃又特別嘅配搭。🥢Sumac Yellowtail Carpaccio $198酸甜適中嘅醬汁配合魚油豐盈嘅油甘魚,於口腔中爆汁,冇油膩感之餘仲好清爽添。🥢Blue Swimmer Crab Fettuccine $158寬條麵質地Q彈富口感,每條麵都沾滿creamy醬汁,並且充滿蟹肉嘅鮮味。🥢Ube-Do-Si $98參薯西米鋪滿碟上,口感Q彈極像珍珠,但多咗份軟滑質感,並灑上香甜椰絲,而重點嘅千層西多真係超正,四層麵包夾住三層幼滑花生醬,食落唔甜唔膩有驚喜。🍷White WineMezzacorona, pinot grigio $90帶有青蘋果及花香味,清爽易入口。🍷Red WineHesketm twist of fatecarbernet sauvignon $90帶有雜莓嘅香氣,微乾,酸度平衡。 繼續閱讀

喺中環放咗工之後,去咗一間朋友介紹嘅酒吧chilli 下,酒吧位於SOHO區,而且風格都好舒服,好適合一大班人又或者兩個人一齊傾吓偈至於嘢食方面其實都相當唔錯:Hummus with OX Tongue:Hummus 再配上牛脷再加橄欖油同埋香草,撈埋一齊食,做搽上喺呢塊包上面感覺都幾特別Blue Swimmer Crab Fettuccine: 闊條麵再配上sage brown butter + sun dried tomatoes+ parmesan+再加海量嘅蟹肉,相當邪惡Baby suckling pig (half kg):脆皮乳豬,再配上焦糖菠蘿,酸酸甜甜嘅口味,再配上特製嘅醬汁,正至於甜品方面,就揀咗呢一個Goreng Goreng:炸香蕉再配上椰子雪糕,同椰子撈埋一齊食,兩個夾埋一齊味道都唔錯至於Cocktail方面,呢間舖頭都好有特色,好適合打卡,而且都好容易易入口,唔飲酒精嘅朋友,侍應都會沖杯特色嘅飲品俾我哋試吓 繼續閱讀
