🎺We arrived the Food Forum in Time Square at 11:30am on Saturday, people were queuing outside different restaurant and holding the Food Coupon from Time Square🎟. This restaurant has comparatively less people queuing, so we decided to give it a go. 🍴We ordered few dishes and the waitress told us the dishes we have ordered take longer time to prepare, so we changed some of our order 😫
🦆Macanese duck rice with porcini, cheese and duck liver ($168)🦆
This is our first dish which took 30 minutes to arrive😥. The rice smell good and look attractive. The size of the duck liver is big and it’s a nice match with the rice👍. But the portion of the cheese is too much and it’s too salty, which covered the original taste of the duck rice😟
🐟Roasted Barramundi with clams in lemon, coriander and butter sauce ($178)🐟
The Barramundi is soft and nice in texture, but the lemon, coriander and butter sauce doesn’t have much taste😔. Besides, there are 6 clams and they are fresh and juicy🤗
🐡Bacalhau cheese and potato dumplings ($78)🐡
The size of the dumplings are small and most of the fillings are potato🥔, so it doesn’t worth the price🥴. But the dumplings were crispy and goes really well with the two sauces🥣
