Hefty price tag of $960 for three people, our expectations were high, but sadly, they were not met.
One of the major letdowns was the limited variety of options available. The the set menu for the price lacked the diverse selection of ingredients that one would typically expect from a hot pot establishment. This limited our ability to customize our meals and left us feeling unsatisfied.
While the food quality was passable considering the nature of hot pot cuisine, it did not exceed our expectations. The flavors were average, and there was nothing particularly remarkable about the dishes.
Another rather unsatisfactory experience was it had a 90min dining time, however after 60min they make you pay the bill so cannot order anymore food, making it even less time to enjoy the buffet
Considering the underwhelming food options, average taste, and hygiene practices, it’s not value of money. For the high price we paid, we expected a more enjoyable and satisfactory dining experience. Food was average, not the best value for money, not worth paying $960 for 3 people for a small range of food and only having 90min to eat (at which after 60min we had to pay the bill, so couldn’t order anymore food). Also waited over 1 hour just to get a table. Not worth the hype and long queue
