Visited this resto at least thrice. The first visit was with a colleague, the second visit was with my friend, and the third visit was with my sis.During my first visit, I ordered Chicken with Ginger Sauce and Chongqing Hot & Numbing Noodle. The chicken was exceptionally smooth and succulent, while the broth of the noodle was savory and appetizing. My colleague ordered a set meal, and her noodles came with fresh cucumber and fungi. On my second visit, I chose for the Braised Pork Intestine Noodle. The pork intestine was meaty and had a chewy texture. It did not have any unpleasant odor, and the spicy soup complemented the intestine nicely. My friend ordered the Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle, which consisted of chopped meat and bean sprouts. It had a nutty taste and an aromatic aroma. During my third visit, I tried the Fish Fillet with Pickled Vegetable & Rice Noodle. Yet, it was not as memorable as the other dishes. The broth tasted somewhat plain and lacked sufficient sourness..The restaurant is small and has limited seating, so arriving early is advisable to avoid queuing. The food was reasonably priced.

突然想食酸辣粉,同事就推介咗呢間📍川亭,一於就去試試,店舖座位不多,過了午餐嘅繁忙時段,雖然人潮稍微減少,但仍然能看到不少顧客選擇外賣。叫咗口水雞+重慶酸辣粉(小辣)✨口水雞🐔份量都都好多下,雞肉鮮嫩,淋上香辣醬汁,十分惹味😻酸辣粉🍜個湯色澤鮮艷,見到已經🤤酸辣味道剛好,薯粉方面就淋咗小小,配料都很豐富,大愛炸豆🫶🏻$68 包埋野飲Lunch黎講算是不錯的選擇👍🏾#川菜 #酸辣粉 #口水雞 #支持小店🙌🏻

依家周街都係四川菜,鍾意食辣嘅我會周圍去試酸辣粉,除咗柴灣嘅小重慶,川亭都係我會不停返嚟食嘅餐廳。-呢度嘅酸辣粉配份雞,再包埋嘢飲,都係$60-70,好抵食,lunch時間都幾多人堂食或者外賣。-酸辣粉嘅酸同辣平衡做得好好,而且香味好夠,仲有大量配料好似酸菜,花生,芫茜夾埋一齊,薯粉嘅軟硬度都好好,最怕啲煮得腍或者本身薯粉唔靚唔彈牙。口水雞嘅份量都幾好,夠配哂食碗酸辣粉,又唔會淨俾骨位你。雖然啲雞未算好滑,但絕對唔嚡。

因為喺金鐘返工既關係 喺公司識到啲鐘意食辣既朋友從而中佢地介紹左食呢間喺灣仔既川亭喺附近返工而又想食到辣野 呢間最適合不過呢間一路都係我返工間唔中要食既店因為我好鍾意食辣同薯粉今次試左肥腸酸辣粉中辣肥腸好煙韌又唔會太多肥膏,因為本人食到辣,所以中辣真係好適合。一個星期總有一日令你想食辣 川亭一定可以止到辣癮☺️喺灣仔區大多數都係西餐,但竟然有一間咁出式既四川辣食,而且之前經常食既口水雞都係必叫既。雖然店面好細,但仍然保持水準。
